Christmas Bread

Prepare all ingredients

Pour the milk and egg liquid into the bucket of the bread machine, then pour the flour, salt and sugar diagonally, the yeast dig a hole in the middle of the flour, and then start the dough mixing process for 30 minutes

After the first kneading process, add butter and start the kneading sequence again.

After kneading the dough, put the dough in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and start to ferment. The dough that has been fermented will generally be two to three times larger.

Take out the dough and ventilate it into 18 equal parts

Take two pieces of dough together and knead it into an oval shape as the trunk, and knead the others into a circle, as shown in the figure, and leave for about 20-30 minutes

Take a cookie dough and press out a star pattern and add some silver beads to decorate it. If it feels troublesome, don’t add it.

Place the stars on the dough on top of the Christmas tree

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees, put the fermented bread in the middle of the oven and fire for 12-15 minutes
Tips:
1. Now it is not easy to ferment at room temperature in winter, you can choose oven fermentation or bread machine fermentation so that the time is faster
