Christmas Cookies

Softened butter and powdered sugar

Whisk at low speed until smooth, and at high speed until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands, then add the whole egg liquid and stir evenly (electric whisk)

Sift in low-gluten flour and matcha powder, mix well with a spatula until there are no dry powder or particles

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze out the cookie ring

Put the squeezed cookies into the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
