Christmas Cookies with Icing

The butter is thawed until the finger prints are pressed. Whisk whitish and increase in volume, add sugar in 2 times. Then add the beaten egg liquid in portions.

Add the sieved low powder and stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder.

Now it has been stirred until there is no dry powder. Knead the dough with your hands.

Knead the dough and freeze it outside to make biscuits better. After you roll it out, press it with a mold. This is a biscuit with pigment. I made a lot of it this time.

Place the prepared biscuits on the baking tray, leaving a distance between each one, preheat the oven, and then fire up and down 180 degrees for 14 minutes. The main thing is to paint the icing, it is slower, first paint the dark color, and then paint the light color. Be careful. Do not wipe if it is not dry.
