Christmas Herb Roast Chicken

2 chicken thighs, wash clean with paper to absorb the moisture on the chicken.

1 whole garlic (10 slices), 2 slices of chili

Italian Seasoning

Salt and black pepper

Put the garlic, oil and chili in a food processor (or blender) together to make a slurry.

2 tablespoons Italian mixed herbs, 1-2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, garlic mash (step 5)

Stir all the ingredients well and try to taste appropriate.

Want to make the chicken thighs more delicious, the next step is to marinate. Coat the ingredients on both sides of the chicken thighs, wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator overnight. (If you are in a hurry, marinate for 2 hours before baking.)

Take the chilled chicken drumsticks out of the refrigerator.

To make the chicken legs look golden brown, we put the chicken legs in the pot and fry them on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

After frying, put it in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes. (Please set the time according to your own oven)

Take it out and eat it after baking
Tips:
As each grill has different functions, please cut the meat when grilling the chicken. Repeat several times to check whether the thick meat is well cooked.
