Christmas Print Cookies
1.
To make the syrup, put the caster sugar in the milk pan
2.
Pour in hot water, stir with a whisk until the sugar granules are completely dissolved, and cool to body temperature before use
3.
Put low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder in the egg beater
4.
Put the butter that has just been taken out of the refrigerator in the center of the ingredients, knead it with your hands, and let the powdery ingredients wrap the butter
5.
After the butter is the size of a rice grain, continue to cover the powder material on the butter until all the ingredients turn to goose yellow, showing the texture of loose mozzarella grains.
6.
Open a groove in the center of the material and pour syrup in the center
7.
Do not mix all the materials at once, you must first mix from the center, then scrape off the powder next to it with a scraper, and gradually mix according to this technique
8.
After all the materials are viscous, gently knead the dough with both hands.
9.
After the dough is fused into a whole, put it in a plastic wrap bag, roll it into a 3mm dough sheet, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make the dough more stable.
10.
Cut a small part of the refrigerated dough to make paint paste, tear the dough into small pieces and put it in a bowl, pour a little cold water
11.
Stir it into a paste
12.
Add the coloring and mix well
13.
The made colored painting paste is shown in the picture
14.
Take out the refrigerated noodles and shape them with a biscuit mold
15.
Place the printing mold tightly on the cookie dough
16.
Take a small amount of pink paint paste, put it on the printing mold, and scrape it evenly
17.
Put the printed biscuits in the baking tray and preheat the oven
18.
Bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes, middle layer, upper and lower fire, let the baked biscuits cool and ready to eat
Tips:
1. After the dough is gently formed into a dough, roll it into a 3mm thick dough sheet on oil paper, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then take it out and press it out. Biscuits baked out of dough without refrigeration are easy to deform;
2. The colored paint paste should be made thicker, so that it will not smudge during printing. When adding cold water, stir the noodles until there are no lumps before adding coloring.
