The last po before Christmas~
This little biscuit is simple and beautifully made.
This name should not be the correct name, but...
I can’t think of other better names, please forgive my low :p"

Ingredients

Christmas Printed Cookies

1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, add sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the butter is slightly white and swelling. Add the egg liquid and continue stirring until the egg liquid is completely absorbed.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, sprinkle it with hand powder, and roll it into a 5 mm thick dough with a rolling pin.

5. Remove the cookie dough with a mold of your favorite shape (I use a circular or pattern mold with a diameter of 5 cm, 10 to 12 pieces can be used), and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

6. Place the garland sieve powder mold on the biscuit dough, and use a soft brush to dip in sugar-free chocolate powder, freeze-dried strawberry powder or matcha powder, first lightly color, and then lightly brush.

7. If the same biscuit needs different colors, be careful not to mix it up.

8. After the painted biscuits are placed in an oven that has been preheated to 180°C, immediately lower the oven temperature to 160°C and bake for 12-15 minutes.

9. Take out the baked biscuits and place them on the heat sink to cool.

Tips:

1. Dip different seasoning powder and use different pens to prevent the color from looking dirty.
2. There is no sieve powder mold, in fact, you can make it yourself. Draw the pattern you like on a clean cardboard (or print it out with a printer and paste it on the cardboard), and then use a blade to carefully hollow out the pattern.
