Christmas Series Icing Biscuits

Preparation materials: powdered sugar, protein powder, food coloring, warm boiled water, cold boiled water.

Prepare a piping mouth with a small hole, put two tablespoons of thick icing sugar into the piping bag, and draw the outline of the Christmas tree.

Take two tablespoons of thick frosting, add a few drops of green pigment, and then add a small amount of cold boiled water to make the frosting flowable. The state of the frosting is that the dripping lines can disappear in a few seconds.

Put the green thin icing sugar in the piping bag, then fill the Christmas tree with the main color, and then set it aside to dry.

In the same way, add a few drops of red pigment with thick white icing and a small amount of cold water to make red thin icing.

Fill in the main color for the glove biscuits, as shown in the figure.

Take an appropriate amount of thick white icing and add cold water to make it into a thin white icing. Fill the plush part of the glove with color, as shown in the picture.

After half an hour, use line-drawing white icing to paint patterns on the gloves. You can draw small dots and flowers.

While waiting for the glove biscuits to dry, fill the snowman with the theme color with white thin icing, then draw the hat and scarf with red thin icing, and set it aside to dry.

Take a little white thick frosting and add a few drops of yellow pigment to make it yellow thick frosting, and draw a Z-shape on the Christmas tree.

Take a little white thick frosting and add a little blue pigment to make a blue thick frosting. Use blue, red, yellow, and white thick frosting to paint colored dots on the Christmas tree. The Christmas tree icing biscuits are finished. Place them in a ventilated place to dry.

Use a few black sugar beads to give the snowman a finishing touch and add buttons. Decorate the snowman's hat with orange sugar beads, and decorate the snowman's nose and mouth with orange pin sugar to complete.
Tips:

2. For icing, I use protein powder. If you don’t have protein powder, you can use egg white: 135g of powdered sugar and 20g of egg white, then use lemon juice to adjust the consistency.
3. The icing biscuits used to draw outlines are relatively thick, and the icing used to fill the color needs to be adjusted to a flowable state, that is, a state that can disappear after a few seconds of dripping.
4. After drawing the picture, dry it before packing. Do not pack the frosting when it is not air-dried, so as not to distort the pattern.
