Christmas Strawberry Naked Cake
1.
Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, and a little lemon juice with a whisk.
2.
Send it to milky white, and the figure of eight will not disappear immediately.
3.
Sift in the low-flour and cocoa powder twice, and mix into a uniform, particle-free cake batter.
4.
Mix the oil and milk, whip lightly, pour in the cake batter and quickly stir evenly.
5.
Pour the cake batter into a 6-inch mold and put it in the oven at 130 degrees for about 45 minutes.
6.
The baked cake is cooled and demoulded, and cut into three slices horizontally. Wash the strawberries and soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.
7.
Cut the strawberries and set aside.
8.
The animal whipped cream is refrigerated for 12 hours in advance, and the sugar is added in two portions until it has lines and looks firmer.
9.
For a slice of cake, apply a layer of cream frosting, and put an appropriate amount of strawberry diced until the three slices of cake are used up.
10.
Finally, make the strawberry snowman, cut off the top of the strawberry, squeeze the frosting, and cover the top that was just cut off to form a small hat. Use two black sesame seeds to make the eyes, and the strawberry snowman is complete.
11.
Put an appropriate amount of strawberry diced around the strawberry snowman to decorate, and you are done!
Tips:
The sponge cake used in the cake base is made with cocoa powder, so that it is layered with the cream frosting, which is more beautiful, and it can be made without cocoa powder.
