Christmas Tree Buns
1.
Yeast and sugar are dissolved in warm water, and powdered milk, flour and oil are poured into a bowl.
2.
Pour the yeast water into the flour, mix it with chopsticks first, and then knead it into a smooth dough with your hands.
3.
Divide the dough into 6 small doughs of 35 grams, knead them round and place them on greased paper, put them on the steamer, and cover the pot.
4.
Divide 27 grams of white dough and add an appropriate amount of spinach powder, and knead it into green dough. Add 9 grams of white dough to cocoa powder and knead into brown dough. Add 4 grams of white dough and purple sweet potato flour, knead it into purple dough. Knead the fruit and vegetable powder by rubbing the clothes. If it is too difficult to knead, you can add a few drops of water and knead.
5.
Roll out the green dough flat.
6.
Cut out 18 triangles.
7.
Roll out the brown dough flat, cut out 6 rectangles, overlap them as shown in the picture, and cut off the upper half of the two triangles below.
8.
Pull out a little bit of purple and white dough, dip a little bit of water, and use a toothpick to stick it on the tree for decoration.
9.
The back of the Christmas tree was dipped in water and clung to the white steamed bun.
10.
Put some warm water in the pot and let the steamed buns wake up for about 20-30 minutes. You can see that the embryos of the steamed buns are obviously bigger. Turn to high heat. After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat and steam for about 13 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing the lid.
