Christmas Tree Cake

Prepare the ingredients (put milk, 20 grams of sugar, salt, and corn oil together in a plate).

Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites, add a few drops of lemon juice egg whites, add 50 grams of fine sugar in three times, beat until hard foaming, just pick up the egg beater and erect the small tip.

Tips:
When mixing the custard, be sure to mix it, don't mix it in circles, it will easily defoam the custard. If you don't have lemon juice at home, you can use white vinegar instead or not.
If you don’t have spinach powder at home, you can replace it with matcha powder, and the effect is equally remarkable.
