Divide the cake roll into two large and small sections, 3/4 as the main stem, 1/4 small pieces sticking to the side, smear the cream chocolate sauce around, use a fork to rub the lines on the surface, and put a few strawberries on the cake roll to make it Santa Claus makes decorations. A delicious Christmas tree root is complete. I wish you all a Happy New Year.
Tips:
1. The chocolate sauce must be added with whipped cream, the purpose is to make the operation easy, not easy to dry, and the fork can better draw the lines.
2. When whipping the cream and egg whites, the egg yolks must be placed in a basin without water and oil.
