Christmas Tree Salad

Cut broccoli into small stalks, add water to a boil, add a few drops of oil, a little salt, and blanch the broccoli until cooked.

Corn kernels, pea kernels, and carrot kernels are blanched in boiling water.

Cut the broccoli stem into thin slices to make the trunk of the Christmas tree

Place four broccoli on the trunk

Slice the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the broccoli, so as to gradually decrease upwards, layer by layer

Take a carrot slice, press out the shape of a star with a mold, and fix it on the top of the Christmas tree with a toothpick.
7.
Pour yogurt on the Christmas tree, sprinkle corn kernels, pea kernels, and carrot kernels on the yogurt, and you're done.
Tips:
1. When blanching broccoli, add a few drops of oil to keep the color bright.
2. The amount of water is 3 times that of broccoli. After adding broccoli, turn off the heat when the water boils again, otherwise it will be too soft.
