Chrysanthemum Carrot Roll

Peel 1 carrot and cut into filaments. Cut off the head and tail of 1 green radish. Cut the body of the radish into cylinders each about 10 cm long. After peeling, rotate and slice into rectangular slices. Stir 300 grams of apple cider vinegar and 150 grams of sugar. Soak the sliced green radish and carrots in apple cider vinegar for 4 hours.

Take out the radish slices and spread them on the cutting board, put an appropriate amount of shredded carrots, and roll them tightly into a radish roll.

Cut both ends of the radish rolls flat, change the diagonal knife into 1.5 cm long sections, place them in a chrysanthemum shape on a plate, and garnish with 3 goji berries.
