Chrysanthemum Crucian Carp Tofu Soup

Choose leaves of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and wash.

A crucian carp, slaughtered to remove the scales, the fish is cut with an oblique knife, and the roe and swim bladder are kept.

Cut 3 pieces of tofu into four pieces each, and shred the ginger appropriately.

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add crucian carp and fry.

Fry until white on both sides.

Add appropriate amount of water, tofu cubes, fish roe, fish bladder, cover and bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes until the soup is milky white. Add garlic oil and salt to taste.

Finally, add chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and an appropriate amount of lard.
