Today, I will introduce to you the recipe of this omelet. Friends who like to eat Chrysanthemum vulgaris can try it. It feels better than chive omelet!

Chrysanthemum Leaf Omelette

1. Pluck the leaves of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum leaves and leave the stir-fried vegetables on the stalks of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum. Stir-fried or fried pork is good. Wash the leaves of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum to remove moisture.

2. Cut chrysanthemum leaves a few times, add eggs, flour and salt.

3. Add a small amount of cold water and stir repeatedly with a whisk to form a thick egg liquid.

4. Pour edible oil into the pot to heat up to 60% heat, pour the egg batter into the pot, constantly shake the pot to spread the egg liquid evenly.

5. Be sure to use a low fire, and then turn it over after one side is fried. It is enough to fry both sides of the cake to golden brown. My heat is still a bit high, so some of it is battered.

6. After the omelet is ready, cut it into pieces and eat it. You can dip it in bean paste, beef sauce or chili sauce to make it more delicious!
