Chuanbei Lemon Balm

Rub the lemon a few times with salt and then soak it in light salt water for half an hour. This is to remove the wax from the lemon peel. Then wipe dry and set aside

Remove both ends of the lemon, peel and core.

Chuanbei is beaten into powder with a food processor.

Put the lemon slices, chuanbei powder and rock sugar into the stewing pot of the electric saucepan in the order.

Put it into the electric stew pot and select the corresponding program. Add water when the pot is dry. I simmered for 15 hours in total. Just simmer until it feels a little sticky. Rinse with warm water when drinking.
Tips:
Be careful not to get water into the stewing pot during the stewing.
