Chuanbei Lemon Balm

1. Prepare all the ingredients. I use a lot of lemons. I wash one part at a time to make cream and the other to make lemon slices.

2. Rub the lemon with salt and a little water several times.

3. Bake the washed lemons in the oven at low temperature until there is no moisture on the outside.

4. Cut the lemon into thin slices and pick out the seeds.

5. The old rock candy shoots small grains first.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of rock sugar on the bottom, and put lemon slices on top.

7. Put the remaining rock candy on top.

8. Put it into the stew, and simmer for eight hours.

9. Then add the Chuanbei powder pressed to a fine powder.

10. Continue to simmer for another half an hour.

11. As shown in the picture, it looks like stewed.
