Chuanbei Snow Pear Stew Lean Pork

Soak the Chuanbei in water, and soak the Sydney pear in water for 10 minutes.

Slice the lean meat and cut the Sydney pear into cubes.

Pour all the ingredients into a large fire pot.

After boiling, skim off the foam.

Turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour.

Tips:
Sydney does not need to be peeled. Soak it in clean water. The lean meat can be simmered in water, so that the soup is lighter and not so fatty.
