When I was at home, my parents liked to make this soup. It was delicious. Now that I am far away from them, I have also learned to cook by myself. I try my best to make it taste like my parents. When I get the chance, make this soup. Give them food!

Clam and Egg Soup

1. Clams cooked in water

2. Serving it out and let it cool

3. Peel the clam meat

4. Add eggs and mix well

5. Heat oil in the pot, fry the clams and eggs into shape

6. In another pot, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant

7. Add appropriate amount of water

8. Put the clam eggs into the boil

9. Add the right amount of cucumber shreds

10. Just put in the right amount of salt before serving

Tips:

The taste of eggs and clams is more delicious, so there is no need to put chicken essence to improve the freshness.
