Clam Noodles

Mince green onion, shred ginger, minced meat and dried noodles

Cook the clams with cold water into the pot, boil until the clams slightly open their mouths to remove the water control

Heat the pan into the oil and heat, add the green onion and ginger to fragrant, then add the minced meat

Add clam soup and bring to a boil

Add pepper, June fresh, chicken juice, salt to taste, and beat the foam

Add the noodles and cook

Turn off the heat and add clams
8.
Put it in a container, sprinkle with chopped green onion or chives and serve
Tips:
Don't cook the clams for too long to avoid affecting the taste
