Clam Seed with Scallion Oil

1. After spitting the clams in the sand, put them in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and some water, blanch for 5 minutes

2. Add vegetable oil to the pot and add ginger slices

3. Add onion shreds

4. Stir-fry and add green onions

5. Stir fry and add the clams and stir well
