Clam Slippery Egg

Prepare clams, eggs, green onions.

The clams are soaked in light salt water, spit in sand, and washed.

Chop the green onions and set aside.

Place the cooking wine in a pot of boiling water, add the clam soup to the mouth.

After fishing out, take out the clam meat.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add scallions, crushed salt and cooking wine.

Tips:
Clams need to be fresh and live. Don't open the mouth when blanching the water, be sure to throw it away.
