The clams are made from our local river fresh clams. The easiest way is to just put the clams in the water and cook and season with salt! "

Ingredients

Clam Soup

1. Soak the bought clams in water for a while

2. Rub the shells of clams several times and wash them out thoroughly

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add clams and ginger slices

4. Skim the foam after boiling

5. Add some cooking wine

6. Add some salt to taste

7. Add half a spoon of lard, white pepper and green garlic leaves to a large bowl

8. Put the clam soup in a bowl

9. So delicious!

Tips:

Clam clams are easy to cook. If you see the opening, they will be cooked. If you can’t cook the clams, throw them away. Don’t cook for too long or the clams will grow old.
