Clam Soup

Wash the clams, add water to the pot, add ginger slices

Add clams and cooking wine
3.
Add a little salt and cook until the flower clams are open

Take a deep bowl, put pepper, add some lard

The flower clam soup is delicious, no need to add MSG!
