The only way to deal with picky babies is to spend more time and effort, haha

Clam Steamed Egg

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Boil the clams until they are open. When the water is boiled for about 30 seconds, they can be removed from the heat. Rinse the debris with cold water

3. Add 1 teaspoon salt

4. Add 1 teaspoon of fresh dew

5. Add the same amount of cold boiled water as the egg liquid

6. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess scum

7. Wrap the plate with cling film, and poke a few holes in the cling film with a toothpick

8. Bring water to a boil in a pot, put the egg mixture in, and leave it on medium heat for 8 minutes

9. Stir in a little green onion, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil

10. Add the right amount of fresh dew

Tips:

The amount of egg and water is 1:1, remember not to steam for too long when steaming, the egg will be old if steamed for too long, so the time must be grasped
