Clam Tofu Soup

Tofu cut into pieces and set aside

Cut shallots, ginger, garlic and set aside

Heat up the pot and cook oil, sauté ginger and garlic.

Add water to a bowl and cook until tumbling
5.
Add in a bowl of water, add tofu and cook until it rolls, then change to medium-low heat and simmer for 3 minutes

Add clams
7.
Cook until all opened
8.
Add a spoonful of salt to taste
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat
