Clam Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients first

Cut the tofu into small pieces, wash the broccoli and break into small flowers, slice the ham and set aside

The clams are blanched in water first, and when you open your mouth, quickly remove them. Some people make the soup and boil them directly. I think there will be a fishy smell, and the water used to cook the clams will be a little dirty, so I better cook them first.

Fry the eggs in advance and set aside

There will be a little bit of oil in the pan for scrambled eggs. You don’t need to add any more oil. Just use this little oil. Add chopped green onion and garlic slices to fry until fragrant. Add appropriate amount of water, and put the tofu cubes, ham sausage, and scallion. Go in, add a spoonful of salt to taste, and bring to a boil.

Cook for a few minutes, mainly the tofu is cooked, put the scrambled eggs and broccoli in it, continue to cook for a while, then turn off the heat, and just drizzle with a little sesame oil before coming out of the pot.
