The clam tofu soup is delicious and nutritious. Today, I added a tomato and a few okra to this soup, which added some flavor. This soup is not greasy, so it is suitable for summer and it also invigorates the spleen. Appetizing.

Clam Tofu Soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients first, and you must put the clams in the water, add a little salt, and let them spit mud and sand.

2. Slice the tofu for later use. You can use this kind of northern tofu or lactone tofu.

3. Dice the tomatoes, dice the onion, and slice the okra for later use. You must choose this kind of ripe tomatoes, which are rich in lycopene.

4. Blanch the clams in the water first, and remove them when you open your mouth.

5. Pour a little oil in the pan, add the diced onion and stir fry, then pour in the sliced tomatoes and stir-fry the soup.

6. Add an appropriate amount of water, add the tofu and season with salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat.

7. Wait until the tofu is cooked until it tastes delicious, pour in the blanched clams, and continue to cook for another minute or two.

8. Tofu clams are cooked, add the cut okra, turn off the heat, a pot of delicious clams tofu soup is ready
