Clams Mushroom Chicken

Add water to the clams, add salt, drip oil and spit sand, blanch the chicken in cold water, and remove it for later use.

Pour a little oil into the pan, saute the garlic, pour in the chicken, add ginger slices, and stir fry the star anise evenly.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, carrot slices, mushrooms, beer and bring to a boil.

Pour in the clams, boil the bell peppers, and put the coriander on top.
