Clams Steamed Egg

Clams are boiled and opened in boiling water

Brush the clams clean with a small brush.

Put on the plate

Stir 3 eggs evenly, put in water equivalent to 4 egg shells, and sprinkle on top of the arranged clams.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 15 minutes in a pot. After steaming, sprinkle with soy sauce, sesame oil, chili, and chopped green onion.
