Classic Fast Food...mapo Tofu

Cut tofu and soak in light salt water for later use.

Prepare the Mapo Sauce, chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour oil in the wok and sauté the scallions, ginger, garlic, and add the mapo sauce to stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add tofu and boiling water.
5.
Boil for 5-8 minutes and pour in appropriate amount of water starch.
6.
Shake the pot and turn off the soup evenly.
Tips:
The tofu is soaked in light salt water for a while, which can not only remove the beany taste but also make the tofu not easy to break.
