Classic Rich Black Tea Iced Milk

Weigh the black tea, sugar, white jelly and water in advance~white jelly needs to be weighed separately~

When weighing the water, the error must not be too large to prevent the white jelly from being unable to completely freeze the liquid

Pour black tea, sugar and water into a pot and boil. Boil for about 3-5 minutes, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for 10 minutes~

Use a drying net to filter out the black tea leaves, leave the tea soup of the black tea back into the pot, and turn on the fire again

Pour the white jelly into the pot, gently stir the liquid in the pot with a spoon, boil it and pour it in a large bowl to let cool

Pour an appropriate amount of milk into the cup, pour an appropriate amount of condensed milk and stir well. If you don’t like sweetness, you can skip this step

Pour the frozen black tea into the finished cup. If you like the strong tea flavor, please add more

Pour milk on the black tea jelly. If you don't like sweetness, you can add less sugar in the black tea and milk. If you add lemon to the tea, it tastes better!
