Classic Vinaigrette Shake Out in Two Minutes

First prepare a small bottle or small jar with a lid, I use a jam jar

Add a tablespoon of Dijon Akira mustard sauce (you can use the Maille brand). If you don’t have Dijon mustard sauce, add a mixture of ordinary mustard sauce and mayonnaise. The general domestic Carrefour sells Maille brand, a versatile Taobao. They are also sold. It doesn't matter if you can't find it, but don't use Japanese mustard sauce!

Add a tablespoon of honey, of course you can add more if you like sweetness

Add salt and pepper to your taste

Add two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of fruit vinegar, olive oil: vinegar = 2:1
Then close the bottle tightly and shake it wildly for two minutes!

Shake it well, pour it out, and mix it with your favorite salad ingredients.
Tips:
❤ Be sure to close the cap tightly when shaking the vial. ❤ Maille mustard sauce (and mayonnaise) is sold in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other big cities Carrefour, and all kinds of imported food supermarkets can also buy it. If it doesn’t work, it’s omnipotent. Taobao, the traditional one with grains is the best, you might like the taste of bitten mustard grains~
❤ If you really don’t have suitable small bottles and jars, just stir all kinds of ingredients crazily in a bowl. It’s best to use fruit vinegar or red wine vinegar. Fresh lemon juice is also fine, but don’t use rice vinegar.
