Wash the rice, soak for half an hour at a ratio of one to one, then add as much water as usual for cooking, add salt and lard to boil

Chopped green onion

Rice with small holes

Put in the sausage

Beat an egg

Half a little lard, a little water, a little salt, some cumin powder, half a spoonful of shacha sauce, mix evenly and pour into the rice
