Claypot Rice with Chinese Sausage and Chicken

Pipa chicken legs are boneless, peeled and cut into small pieces, marinated with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, set aside; Cantonese-style sausages are sliced thinly for use;

Wash the rice, add water to the casserole, and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes;

Blanch the broccoli and remove it for later use;
4.
Spread the chicken and the sliced sausage on the rice and continue to simmer for 5 minutes;
5.
Turn off the heat and arrange the broccoli;
6.
Top with soy sauce for claypot rice
7.
Mix well and serve.
Tips:
Adjust the amount of soy sauce for claypot rice according to your own taste.
