Prepare the materials

Wash the rice, add a little salt and mix well and leave it for half an hour

Spread a layer of oil in the casserole, add fragrant rice, add water at a ratio of 1:1. I personally like dry rice. Set the stove cover to the lowest heat and simmer until the rice has just absorbed the water.
