Prepare the ingredients: egg white, sugar and starch

Add two drops of white vinegar to the egg white

Add three times to the egg white and beat
4.
The egg whites are beaten so that they can be erected with a small sharp corner

Add the starch to the egg whites and stir evenly with a whisk

Spread greased paper on the baking tray, spread the whipped egg whites on it, like a snowman, sprinkle some nuts on the upper layer
7.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
Tips:
If you don’t need to add white vinegar, you can replace it with lemon juice. You only need egg whites. The temperature is your own oven temperature setting, or it can be 10 degrees lower.
