Cloud Ear with Cold Skin

1. After the noodles and flour are mixed, add water and stir to form a thin paste without particles

2. Sweep a thin layer of oil on the dish

3. Add a thin layer of batter

4. Put it in the steamer

5. After all three layers are placed, steam on high heat for 8-10 minutes

6. Bubbles in the batter means it's done

7. Take it out, put it in a dish filled with cold water, and cool down quickly

12. Stir well

17. Add cloud ear and cordyceps flower (cloud ear and cordyceps flower are cooked in advance)

18. Add the cut cold skin

Tips:

The cold skin should not be cut until it is allowed to cool
