Coarse Grain Yogurt

Raw materials are ready: black rice, red japonica rice, miscellaneous grain rice, milk, yogurt starter;

Mix black rice, red japonica rice and miscellaneous grains and wash them thoroughly;

Put it in a rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water to boil coarse-grain rice, and cool it for later use;

Put the cooled coarse grain rice into the food processor;

Pour in an appropriate amount of milk, start the "stirring" function, then pour out the coarse grain milk, and sift it several times;

After disinfecting the container for making yogurt, add a small amount of coarse grain milk juice and add yogurt starter;

Use a manual whisk to stir until the yogurt starter is dissolved;

Pour in the remaining coarse grain milk juice and stir evenly;
9.
Put the lid on the container and put it in the yogurt maker; close the lid on the yogurt maker and turn on the power;

After 8 hours, the healthy coarse grain yogurt is ready. Add the fine sugar, stir well, and keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Tips:
1. The healthy yogurt made by yourself is better after being refrigerated; the success rate of yogurt will be great if the yogurt such as granulated sugar is made and then put in;
2. Pour out the grain milk juice and sift it several times; the taste is more delicate;
3. Multi-grain rice is a combination of various coarse-grain rice, similar to eight-treasure rice, but without red dates, lilies and other ingredients; it does not require multi-grain rice;
4. The ratio of coarse grain rice and milk can be freely matched, and the liquid for making yogurt is guaranteed to be 1000 ml;
