Prepare materials. Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder through a sieve to soften the butter

Beat the eggs, add milk, sugar, and salt to the egg liquid.

Stir well.

Add the sifted flour.

Add the softened butter.

Stir evenly to form a delicate cake batter, put the batter into a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Squeeze the cake batter into the Madeleine mold.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put it in the middle layer and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cake is fully expanded.

The baked cake will be demoulded immediately.

1. The temperature and time of the oven are adjusted according to the conditions of the oven.
