This is another classic cocoa almond biscuit like cranberry biscuit. I believe everyone has bought it at West Point House. Its rich cocoa flavor mixed with the crisp aroma of almonds is a perfect match.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, among which the butter is hydrated and turned into a liquid
