Cocoa Balls with Blueberry Sauce

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and start to whip

Add the egg liquid when it starts to become fluffy

Beat vigorously until the color turns white

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix with spatula to form a dough

The dough is very sticky, use a spoon to scoop out a small piece and simply arrange it into a ball

Tips:
The dough will be very sticky. Try to use your hands as little as possible. It’s really impossible. You can take a little more water on your hands. It looks like a small ball. It will become a hemisphere after baking. Choose the jam with less water and more water. Will affect the shape!
