Cocoa Buns
1.
First take 250 grams of white flour, add 3 grams of cocoa powder, and mix well!
2.
Yeast, baking powder, white sugar are melted with warm water, and a little bit of flax oil is added to it (so that the steamed buns are softer! You don’t need to add them)
3.
The cocoa dough is well kneaded and proofed!
4.
350 grams of white flour is mixed into a dough, so it's as big as proof!
5.
Watch the dough rise (about 15 minutes)
6.
Calender the white dough with a noodle pressing machine (press it in a pan, then fold it in half, and roll it out a little wider with a roller!!!) as shown in the figure
7.
Cocoa dough is the same
8.
The white dough is slightly wider than the cocoa flour dough, as shown in the picture (the white dough can stick together with a little water)
9.
Then roll it up and roll it up with a little bit of water on the side!
10.
Roll it up, put the knife on an oblique and make a cut on the surface (don’t cut through)
11.
Then use the back of the knife to press out stripes on the surface (press between the cuts, as you can see in the picture)
12.
The final effect
13.
Cut into buns and put them on the chopping board for proofing! (Size by yourself)
14.
The second filial piety is very important! (I have been waking up for about half an hour, the weather is cold, so try to send it well!) The steamed bun is very light in my hand, it means it is good 😄
15.
Put oil on the top of the steamer and put the steamed buns out! Big fire 🔥Steam for fifteen minutes and then come out! (Turn off the heat for two minutes before removing the lid)
16.
Out of the pot
17.
Steamed so much! 😂
18.
Soft, my son has to eat three more, I was so scared! Afraid to eat too much!
