Cocoa Oatmeal Balls

Let the butter soften at room temperature, chop the oatmeal

Add white sugar to the softened butter and use a whisk in one direction until it is smooth, slightly larger in volume and whitish in color, pour in cocoa powder

Whisk evenly with a whisk, add oatmeal, mung bean flour and whole wheat flour, and stir with a rubber spatula to mix all the ingredients evenly into a soft dough

Take about 15 grams of dough, knead it into small balls, put the made oatmeal balls in a baking tray, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
