Cocoa Rose Cake

Add granulated sugar to the egg yolk and mix well, then add sugar and milk and mix well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder, cut and mix evenly.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in portions and beat until stiff foaming. Add 1/3 beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix well

Then pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and stir well.

Pour the cake batter into a paper cup 7 minutes full, and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

After taking out the cake and letting it cool, cut off the excess part and coat with whipped cream.

Then frame the flower shape, sprinkle with rose petals, and add sugar for a little decoration.
