Coconut powder is often added to bread and desserts to increase its taste and texture. Since the last time I made coconut balls, I have a soft spot for coconut powder. I want to put coconut powder into the bread. The bread is mixed with coconut fragrance, so the complex taste is simply rich, don't want it!
Coconut paste contains sugar, fat, protein, some vitamins and trace elements, but the calories are relatively high. If you love it, you can’t be greedy, hehe~"

Coconut Bread

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Bread ingredients: sifted flour, and put everything into Dongling bread machine DL-K30A except butter.

3. Turn on the kneading process for 20 minutes. If there is no bread machine, manually knead.

4. Add softened butter and continue setting the kneading function for 20 minutes.

5. Using the fermentation function in the Dongling bread machine DL-JD08, the dough is fermented to 2-2.5 times the size, and the dough will not be sticky by poke with a finger. If it does not rebound, it will be fermented.

6. This time I made 10 loaves of lightly knead and exhausted into 10 equal parts, covered with plastic wrap and relaxed for 15 minutes.

7. Coconut filling production method: put all the prepared ingredients together, stir evenly with a spatula, divide into 10 portions for later use

8. Roll the dough into a piece, put in a coconut ball, and seal it with a tiger's mouth, and try not to let air in. Roll the rolling pin into an oval shape and use it to make a few strokes to expose the coconut paste. Pull the two ends out and turn them in the opposite direction.

9. The coconut paste is easy to come out when it is loose and plastic. The movement is as gentle as possible. The dough is sealed with plastic wrap and fermented again to double the size. After about 25 minutes, brush a layer of egg liquid.

10. Put it into the Dongling oven DL-K30A to preheat at 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes, and the bread surface will be golden brown, depending on the temper of your own oven.
