Tips:
It's best to make noodles and make noodles in one go. If the bread machine like me is broken, you can't make noodles. I can only wait for the person who makes the noodles the next day to hurt!
The volume of the ready-made bread will be further enlarged when the second fermentation is carried out, so be sure to leave enough space for the bread, otherwise it will stick together.
