Coconut Breadsticks

Pour milk into the bucket of the bread machine, add eggs, salt in one corner, sugar in the other corner, and high-flour and yeast powder. Start the bread machine kneading program to knead the dough.

Add some sugar, milk, and egg liquid to the minced coconut and mix well.

When the dough has been fermented to double its size, take it out and knead it to exhaust air and roll it into a rectangular shape.

Spread coconut paste on two thirds.

Fold up in threes.

Cut open after pressing and finishing.
7.
Pinch one end and twist to fix it.
8.
Brush the egg liquid after the second fermentation.
9.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees in the oven.
