Coconut Chicken Soup

Remove chicken innards, remove chicken skin and chop large pieces (helps reduce the greasy feeling of the soup)

Wash the red dates and candied dates, and remove the pits of the red dates.

Coconut shops usually peel off the skin and flesh, and add coconut water.

Wash the coconut and cut into pieces.

Add all the ingredients (except coconut water) after the water is boiled, adjust the fire to a fine heat after the water is boiled, and cook for about 2 hours. Add coconut water, boil the soup, simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
Tips:
Coconut water does not need to be added to the soup too early to prevent the fragrance from being volatilized.
