The first time I went to Yunnan, my friend recommended me to eat Paoruda. The first time I ate Paoruda, I felt appetite when I served it. It was a big cup with milky white liquid on the bottom and you could see traces of sago. Large loaf of bread and shredded coconut, smelling of a strong milk flavor and a mixed aroma of bread, the bread is fragrant and crispy, cold and delicious. In the summer, eating sour and spicy Dai flavor food in a Dai restaurant, and having a cup of Poruda, it’s quite enjoyable!

Tips:

Paoruda is a common snack on the streets of Myanmar and Thailand. It is based on coconut milk and added with rusks unique to Southeast Asia. If you don't have one at home, you can also use other breads or biscuits you like. If you like tropical fruits with a Southeast Asian style, you can also add them as you like. If you want to eat bingbing, you can also add some ice cubes.
